In the new education policy, it is mandatory for first year students of B.Com, BA and B.Sc. to choose at least one subject of vocational course. There are options for 25 vocational subjects in BA, 5 in B.Com and 20 in B.Sc.

These are all job oriented practical subjects. Dr. MD Somani, who is looking after the responsibility of explaining the new education policy in the colleges, says that now the colleges should start studies according to the intention of the government, whoever has any confusion, our team will reach there and explain the technical points.
Here is the option to choose
Every student has to choose one elective, one vocational subject, while one subject will be of the base course, while it is mandatory to choose two majors and one minor subject. The base syllabus includes Hindi, English language as well as environment. All these three are mandatory. There is another topic in this.
four year course
Students will study a four-year course in graduation, they will have to do PG i.e. post graduation for one year only. Admission to the fourth year will be given only if the third year score of UG is 7.5. These students will have to study Research Methodology in the fourth year. The degree will also be given to them in the name of Honors (and Research). In the new education policy, you will get a certificate on leaving your studies in the first year of the UG course. After the second year, you will get an advanced certificate or diploma. At the same time, after the third year, you will get the degree.
